We stand behind the quality of our programs. Please review our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any YouNova service.

1. General Refund Philosophy
At YouNova, we are committed to delivering transformative coaching experiences. We invest significant time, expertise, and resources into each client's journey from the moment of enrollment. As such, our refund policy is designed to balance fairness to our clients with the sustainability of our high-touch programs.
We encourage all prospective clients to carefully review program details and schedule a clarity call with our team before enrolling to ensure the program is the right fit for your goals.
2. Digital Products and Downloads
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of standalone digital products, workbooks, courses, frameworks, and downloadable materials are final and non-refundable. Once you have accessed or downloaded a digital product, we cannot revoke access or return the product. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
3. Coaching Programs (Ignition, Ascent, Nova Elite)
3.1 Ignition Program (6 weeks)
Clients may request a full refund within 72 hours of enrollment, provided no coaching sessions have been conducted and no program materials have been accessed. After 72 hours or after the first coaching session (whichever occurs first), the enrollment fee is non-refundable.
3.2 Ascent Program (12 weeks)
Clients may request a full refund within 5 days of enrollment, provided no coaching sessions have been conducted. After 5 days or after the first coaching session, the program fee is non-refundable. However, in cases of documented medical emergencies or unforeseen extreme circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial credit toward future services or a partial refund less an administrative fee of 20%.
3.3 Nova Elite Program (6 months)
Due to the intensive nature of this program, limited availability, and immediate allocation of high-level resources, the Nova Elite Program is non-refundable after 7 days from enrollment or after the first coaching session, whichever comes first. This policy ensures our commitment to a limited number of clients and the depth of support provided.
4. Payment Plan Commitments
If you enroll using a payment plan, you are obligated to complete all scheduled payments regardless of program completion or attendance. Cancellation of a payment plan does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, and you remain responsible for any outstanding balance. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of program access and referral to collections.
5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Refunds are not provided for missed coaching sessions, failure to schedule sessions within the program period, or client-initiated cancellations after the refund window has closed. Our rescheduling policy (48 hours notice required) is designed to accommodate busy schedules while respecting our coaches' time. Consistent no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of remaining sessions without refund.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life can present unexpected challenges. In cases of documented serious illness, bereavement, or other extraordinary circumstances, YouNova may, at its sole discretion, offer to pause the program, extend access, or provide a credit toward future services. Such requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation. Refunds outside the stated windows are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
7. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@you-nova.com within the applicable refund window. Please include your full name, program enrolled, date of enrollment, and reason for the request. We will respond within two (2) business days to confirm receipt and provide next steps. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
